Kangana Ranaut is miffed with Alia Bhatt and Aamir Khan

Kangana Ranaut is miffed about the cold indifference of her contemporaries towards her, says no one from Bollywood ever shows support for her work in spite of her extending them support and favors. Having spoken up about nepotism and a close-knit industry in the past, the actress has now said that she has been ‘absolutely ignored’ by the fraternity, but when they need her support they ‘shamelessly’ call her.

Citing the example of Alia Bhatt, she said that she spoke to Bhatt and Meghna Gulzar for ‘half-an-hour’ after the release of ‘Raazi’. Ranaut also said that the ‘Raazi’ actress had requested her to watch the trailer of her film.

“These girls send me their trailers like Alia (Bhatt) sent me the trailer of Raazi and said, ‘Please watch it’. For me, it was not a Karan Johar film or Alia film, for me, it was a film on Sehmat Khan, the girl who has given her everything to the country. How do these people become so petty? This is a very strange sort of a racket. I don’t know what they are threatened by”.

She also took a jibe at Aamir Khan saying that she went all the way to Ambani’s house for screening of Dangal and Secret Superstar. But none of them come for her film’s screenings.

She said, “When Aamir called me for Dangal, Secret Superstar, I went all the way to Ambani’s house. Dangal, for me, was a film about women empowerment. But they don’t have time for any of my trails. I have two-three films coming up, but I don’t expect people to write about them.”
